Consignment Guidelines

You are responsible for keeping your own list of everything you bring before you leave them.

Make an appointment to come in and drop off your items.

1. We accept Women’s Clothes, Handbags, Shoes, & Formal Wear.

2. We will carefully sort through each piece and look up their value to sell at a reasonable price

**May take up to 1+ week(s) during our business hours to sort**

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ITEMS WITH OR THAT ARE
· Stained, deodorant or discolorations in ARM HOLES & NECKLINE
· Knock off merchandise
· Underwear
· Swimsuits
· Any item(s) with Holes, Perfume smells, Tears, Scratches, Stains, Fragrances, Pet Hair, Dander, Odors, Fades, and Pilling. *If it looks like something you wouldn't buy, it probably won't sell. You will be paid 50% of what your item(s) have sold for.
If we must do any kind of spot, pill, or lint/hair removal work to make your items look new, the profits will then be split 60/40. The condition of your items must be as followed:
· ALL ITEMS MUST BE CLEANED, Dry cleaned or Washed & On hangers.
· New to gently used or Never worn

3. You will be emailed an itemized price list of the items we have put on the floor and the starting price we feel they will sell for. Your items will get discounted the longer they are on the floor.


4. We will notify you to pick up items we did not keep. **DONATIONS ALWAYS ACCEPTED**


5. The distribution of funds will be disbursed each month after you have made $100 or more. If you have not made $100 within the payment schedule, you will be mailed out a check at the end of each quarter for whatever amount you have made.


6. The schedule for mailing out your check under $100 will be during the months of April, July, October, January.

**We will not resend checks if you don't cash them.**


7. If an item does not sell from one month to the next, the price listed on each piece will be discounted.


8. If your items do not sell after 90 days to 7 months during its seasonal/transitional season time on the floor, you can pick up your items OR we own them. You are responsible for checking back & calling to pick up your items after the 90 days are up.

You must call and make arrangements if you want your items to stay on the floor for the entire 7 month period.

We accept Clothes, Handbags, Jewelry, Shoes, & Formal Wear.
1. We will carefully sort through each piece and look up their value to sell at a reasonable price.
*It can take up to 1+ week(s) to sort through your items during our normal business hours.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ITEMS WITH OR THAT ARE:

3. You are responsible for all shipping costs.

5. Any items we do not keep we will donate unless otherwise requested. We keep items for 90 DAYS and max. 7 months. You are responsible for paying for items you want to be shipped back to you. You must call and make arrangements if you want your items to stay on the floor for the entire 7 month period.

6. The distribution of funds will be disbursed each month after you have made $100 or more. If you have not made $100 within the payment schedule, your funds will be sent at the end of the quarter for whatever amount you have made.
